Cemetery Clean Up
April 1st is when the cemetery does its annual clean up, regardless of where Easter falls on the calendar. During clean up, EVERYTHING on the shepherd hook and gravesite is removed. It all goes. If you wish to keep anything from being disposed of, please remove it by the last week of March. It is the responsibility of the family to keep track Easter in relation to April 1st and plan accordingly. The staff is to follow the guideline as written, going forward, and everything on the hook and gravesite goes. If you will not be using your shepherd hook over the winter, we recommend pulling it by October 31. Take into consideration any burials done near your site over the winter may result in the hook being pulled to get equipment in. Hooks pulled during the winter cannot be replaced or kept track of.
