Markers
We can assist you in getting markers for your loved ones. Our markers are custom orders from the production facilities with whom we we work. We can also assist you with obtaining a VA marker for your loved one if they are eligible. Regardless of where you get your marker, flat granite markers must be 4 inches thick and bronze markers must be able to be mounted on concrete or granite, 4 inches thick. The cemetery sets all flat markers and most uprights and monuments. Payment of setting and marker care trust fees must be paid before the marker is set on site.
Placement, size and type of monument or large upright marker must be pre-approved by the office when ordered elsewhere. We strongly recommend you also double check the requirements for a flat granite or bronze marker if you are ordering elsewhere. If your monument has to be set by an outside contractor, they must check in with the office and provide proof of liability insurance. Please check with the cemetery office about any requirements if you are unsure. Markers that do not meet cemetery requirements and/or are an unauthorized setting will be pulled.
A Few Words About Benches
If you wish to have a bench near your loved one(s), it needs to be placed on an EMPTY grave space owned by the person/family who is placing the bench. The bench must be made of heavy duty concrete or granite and have a concrete pad underneath it. No other materials are allowed. The cemetery must pre-approve all benchs before placement and must handle the setting. Any bench that does not meet cemetery requirements and/or wasn't cleared by the office for setting, will be pulled.
